EVI TZIKA

Evi is an experienced Pilates and Fitness Coach, specializing in Pilates Reformer & Mat, functional training, and strength conditioning. She has worked with leading fitness studios and gyms, designing and leading both personalized and group training programs aimed at improving mobility, flexibility, strength, and overall body awareness. Her approach is grounded in a deep understanding of movement and biomechanics, ensuring safe and effective workouts for individuals of all levels—from beginners to professional athletes.
She holds a degree from the School of Physical Education and Sport Science at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and has completed specialized certifications including Pilates Reformer and Mat Training, Les Mills Bodypump & Bodyattack, TRX, HIIT, and Prenatal Fitness. Continuous growth and education are top priorities for her, further enhancing her expertise in strength development, holistic movement, and athletic performance through a scientifically grounded training approach.
Beyond the fitness world, Evi is passionate about dance, adventure, and exploring movement in all its forms. She loves Latin dance, hiking, winter sports, surfing, traveling, and photography—always seeking new ways to challenge her limits, both physically and mentally. For her, movement is more than exercise—it’s a way to cultivate resilience, confidence, and a deep connection between body and mind.
